Eva Koleva Timothy was born in Bulgaria, grew up in Europe, and has always been fascinated by stories of the great explorers, artists, and inventors. After being converted to the Church, she moved to the United States and attended the University of Utah. She later attended The Oxford School of Photography and The Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain. Her photographic work has been exhibited internationally and is included in the permanent collections of many institutions including the US Library of Congress, The British Library, and The Smithsonian. These photographs were part of the exhibition “Lost in Learning: The Art of Discovery” held in the BYU Lee Library in 2011. Eva continues to work on new projects, and lives with her family in Boston.
