These paintings represent my ventures and observations along the Northern Utah landscape. Utah has well-planned byways that lead into wild areas, designed by nature, for any observer. The Alpine Loop Scenic Drive (Hwy. 92), the Nebo Loop Scenic Byway, my own back yard, and well-planned gardens such as the Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake City, and Nielsen’s Grove in Orem have inspired me with shapes and colors that change with every season.

Pamela has a BA in English from the City University of New York (Lehman College) and a BS in Studio Art from Utah Valley University. From 1976, she trained and worked as a rare book conservator in New York before joining the conservation staff at the HBLL L. Tom Perry Special Collections from 1990-2010. She is now an independent fine artist. Some recent shows include:

  • 2016 Emerging Artists Primavera, Meyer Gallery, Park City, UT
  • 2016 Utah Women Artists Exhibition, Utah Cultural Celebration Center, West Valley City, UT
  • 2015-16 AmBank Invitational Show, Provo, UT
  • 2015 Covey Center Summer Showcase, Provo, UT
