Applications must be submitted at least two months before the exhibition opening date, and will be reviewed by the Art in the Library Program team. To apply, please fill out the Application Form online form, which will be sent to the Art in the Library Program Team for review. You will then be contacted by the program coordinator. The following information will be required:
- Artist Statement for the exhibition (brief paragraph)
- Biographical Sketch for press release (brief paragraph)
- Sample images of artwork to be exhibited (digital format)

Bringing Artwork to the Library
All artwork must be delivered to and removed from the library either from the main entrance on level 3 (Security Desks) or at the underground Loading Dock. This dock is accessed by a service tunnel located on the street just south of the Wilkinson Student Center.
Dock hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
