Applications must be submitted at least two months before the proposed opening date, and will be reviewed by the Art in the Library Program Team. To apply, fill out the online Application Form, which will be sent to the Art in the Library Program Team for review. You will be contacted by the program coordinator.
The following information will be required: contact information, title of exhibition, approximate number and size of works, artist statement for the exhibition, biographical sketch for press release, and sample image of artwork to be exhibited.

Bringing Artwork to the Library
All artwork must be delivered to or removed from the library either from the main entrance on level 3 (exits by East and West Security Desks) or through the underground Loading Dock. The Loading Dock is accessed by a service tunnel located on the street just south of the Wilkinson Student Center.
Dock hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday ONLY.
All students or visiting artists are required to show an EXIT CONTROL MEMO to Security Officers as they exit the building. Such slip will be provided by the AiL Team.
