Bringing Artwork to the Library

All artwork must be delivered to or removed from the library either from the main entrance on level 3 (exits by East and West Security Desks) or through the underground Loading Dock. The Loading Dock is accessed by a service tunnel located on the street just south of the Wilkinson Student Center.

When exiting the building with any artwork, all students or visiting artists are required to show an EXIT CONTROL MEMO to Security officers. Such slip will be provided by the AiL Team.

NOTE:  Underground library dock hours are 8am – 5pm, MON-FRI only.
